202 Apartments is a budget alternative to hotels with their many extra charges. Our prices are fully inclusive of maid service, linens, towels and taxes. There is nothing else to pay.
Apartments can be booked for one week or up to three months. In the winter season bookings of one night are possible. For monthly stays please contact us as prices depend on time of year, length of stay and availability.

A deposit of 7 nights' tariff, or the period of stay if less, is required to secure the reservation. Deposits are returnable if we receive notice of cancellation at least 14 days before arrival . For insufficient notice, refunds depend on re-letting. Without the deposit we are unable to guarantee the accommodation.

Our high season is between the 1stof April and the 1st of November and 20th December to 2nd January and we regret that we cannot accept advance bookings during these periods for less than five consecutive nights. However, it is always worth checking with us for shorter bookings as we can sometimes fit them in.
